Private 1-on-1 Personal Training
Individual coaching for clients who want the highest level of attention. Your program is built around your goals, training history, schedule, movement needs, and current capacity.
The Training Project delivers high-touch 1-on-1 personal training and semi-private coaching for adults who want to get stronger, move better, and stay capable for the long run.
No open gym. No crowded classes. No random workouts. People come here to be coached.
A premium personal training practice for adults who value expertise, attention, accountability, and a smarter long-term approach.
Your body is a lifelong project. Training should help you build strength and capacity for everything you want to do outside the gym.
We do not sell access to equipment. We deliver coaching, structure, and progression tailored to the person in front of us.
Whether you want private personal training or a small semi-private setting, the standard is the same: thoughtful programming, attentive coaching, and steady progress.
Individual coaching for clients who want the highest level of attention. Your program is built around your goals, training history, schedule, movement needs, and current capacity.
Small-group coaching for 3–6 people. You get the energy and community of training with others while still receiving individualized coaching and purposeful progression.
Build strength, muscle, mobility, balance, conditioning, and confidence so your training supports a capable life now — and years from now.
For people who have completed rehabilitation or have been cleared to exercise and need a thoughtful bridge back to strength training, confidence, and normal activity.
Great personal training is more than counting reps. It is knowing what to do, why you are doing it, when to push, when to adjust, and how to keep progressing through the realities of work, family, travel, stress, old injuries, and changing goals.
You do not have to be an athlete to train like your health matters. We work best with adults who want expert guidance and a sustainable plan rather than another short-term fitness kick.
Efficient, purposeful training with a coach who handles the planning so your limited training time actually counts.
Strength and movement work designed to help you stay active, resilient, and physically capable as you get older.
Structured training that respects your history while helping you perform better in golf, tennis, running, travel, recreation, and everyday life.
A gradual return to strength and confidence after medical rehabilitation or once you have been cleared by your healthcare provider to exercise.
You do not need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. We start with a conversation and build from there.
We learn what you want to accomplish, what you have tried before, what is getting in the way, and what a realistic training schedule looks like.
We look at your training history, movement, needs, and goals, then decide whether private or semi-private coaching is the right fit.
Your coach manages the details: exercise selection, technique, loading, progression, modifications, and the day-to-day decisions that matter.
Training evolves as you do. We keep adjusting the project so your program continues to fit your body, goals, and life.

Joe has spent roughly two decades coaching clients and educating personal trainers. His work has centered on one principle: the best training is not the flashiest — it is the training that is expertly coached, appropriately progressed, and sustainable enough to improve someone’s life for years.
As a NASM Master Instructor and longtime fitness educator, Joe brings an educator’s eye to every part of The Training Project: assessment, programming, coaching standards, and the development of the coaches who work under the brand.
The goal is bigger than a great workout. It is to build a team of coaches people in Boca Raton can trust with their strength, health, and physical capability for the long term.
